Functional Health Australia provides targeted treatment services based on rehabilitation goals. Our treatments focus on addressing an existing health issue or injury through an integrative health plan.
The specific treatment services that you require may be eligible for rebate from your nominated Private Health Insurer and, if referred under the Enhanced Primary Care scheme by your General Practitioner, you may also be eligible for rebates from Medicare.
Many of our services can be delivered both face-to-face and/or online using the telehealth platform. Further to this, our exercise physiology services can be delivered on an individual or group basis.
